CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY
All orders placed with us are legally binding. If for some reason you would like to cancel an order we ask you to call our shop on +44 (0) 1482 640666 to inform us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched we are only be able to refund you upon receipt of the returned items. If you would like to return your order to us it must reach us within 7 working days from the day after the day you received it. Once received we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving your return and cancellation advice. Please note that if you are returning the goods because you have changed your mind then please be aware we will not be able to refund the postage or the cost incurred for returning the goods.
We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days of it being placed. We use a 48 hour Tracked Royal Mail Service to send the majority of our parcels. If you are buying a wax melt sampler box this will come out using standard Royal Mail postage as this keeps the cost of sending this to you down and is reflected in the shipping price to you. Please allow time for your parcel to arrive. Deliveries can take up to 5 working days to be received particularly during busy periods. If your order is coming to you on a tracked service you will receive text notifications that it is on its way to you and a scheduled delivery window by text on the day of arrival.
RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASES
Should there be an issue with your purchases such as damages or missing items we ask that you contact us as soon as is practically possible via telephone on 01482 640666 so that we can rectify this.
We will require photographs of damaged items in order that we can take this up with the carrier and submit a claim.
