It has been a while since I posted a blog. I know it is something I should do as it helps the website along but it has been such a whirlwind of a year. Can you believe we are moving into September already?
I hope you are all well, and have started to get used to our new normal.
We re-opened on Monday 15 June 2020 and I took the decision to open shorter hours than usual. The strict lockdown period meant that lots of you lovely lot were shopping online keeping us very very busy. It also meant that I needed to focus on trying to get our stock levels back to something like they usually are before the Christmas rush. Almost 11 weeks on and I am almost there.Which means that I can start Christmas now.
At the minute we are still in a position where which have to restrict numbers in the shop unfortunately. We also have to ask shoppers to wear face coverings. We are always happy to serve people at the door of the shop if they feel more comfortable doing this and of course shopping here on the website or over the phone is always an option; click and collect and delivery options are available.
Thankfully the post seems to have almost got itself back to normal with most of our parcels arriving within 3 working days.
We will be changing our opening hours again as we move into the Autumn to help you get your Christmas shopping done. Watch this space for more information.
